The Good News And The Bad News

I just found an article from about a week ago where Thom Yorke said that Radiohead is back in the studio recording a new album (their seventh).

He also said that the band is "going through a period of change. But that's good. We'll get there… It's going well. It's a bit like [2000's] "Kid A"."

God damn it, Thom. I hope you're just using that to reference that you're going in a new direction and not making another album that sounds like Kid A.

However, they also posted a cluster of teaser lyrics that do make my saliva glands drizzle over a new Radiohead album.

"You made a pig's ear, you made a mistake
Paid off security and got through the gate
You got away with it but we lie in wait."
